01. Orders and Payments
When will I receive my order?
Upon placing your order, we provide an estimated shipping date. Once your order is processed, the confirmed delivery date will be provided in your order confirmation. Rest assured, the shipment date stated on the website will align with the confirmation you receive after your purchase. There will never be any discrepancies between the expected delivery date and the confirmation.
Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?
Yes, if you notice that the delivery time for your order or part of it is longer than initially stated, you can contact our customer service team to request a cancellation. We will assist in canceling the order, and the amount will be refunded to your account within two working days. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Once your order has been paid for, you won’t automatically receive an invoice. However, you can obtain your invoice in two ways:
- By logging into your account on the Cappadivine website. You will find a list of your orders, along with an option to download the invoice.
- You can also request an invoice through our customer service, and we will provide it to you.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?
When you place your order, the shipment date will be clearly indicated. After you complete the purchase, the same delivery time will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided after shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you wish to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot alter the shipping details.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order for the item of your choice.
